Biography Phillip was born April 9, 1942 in Cainsville to Robert Peters and Ella Arlene Booth Peters. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was employed by Owens Illinois-Plastic Division, in North Kansas City for 26 years. He retired in 2002, from Fasco Motors, Eldon, MO., after 15 years of employment.
